Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand and address the unique needs of students and their families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused therapeutic techniques, tailoring interventions to meet each client's distinct circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and inform ongoing patient care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support and coordinated care for each student.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the quality of care and share insights with colleagues.
• Provide educational resources and outreach to students and their families, empowering them with the knowledge needed to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits
