Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Remote School-Based Practice

Work Environment

This position is a remote role, allowing flexibility and adaptability as you navigate your workflow. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy for individuals and couples across various age groups, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize our billing service to handle claims, manage client accounts receivable, perform benefit and eligibility checks, and develop payment plans seamlessly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
• Manage and schedule ongoing appointments, keeping an updated calendar to support client accessibility and engagement.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clinical presentations, offering tailored treatment approaches that promote healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy practice encompasses clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will have the opportunity to work closely with school-aged children and their families, providing assessment and therapeutic support to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and relationship dynamics. The role is pivotal for fostering emotional resilience within the school community while collaborating with educational staff to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, enabling you to practice independently.
• Strong therapeutic skills coupled with professionalism, including the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries and demonstrate cultural competency.
• A self-motivated approach with solid organizational and time-management skills is essential for success in this role.
• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours a week and at least two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy is highly valued, as it aligns with our goal of providing comprehensive mental health support.
• Experience in school-based mental health settings or familiarity with the dynamics of working within educational institutions will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive compensation package, this role offers:
