Optimum Care Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, providing them with essential emotional, social, and practical support. This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients primarily through virtual communications and home visits as needed. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend commitments depending on client needs. As a social worker, you may also be required to be on-call to address urgent situations that arise outside of standard hours, ensuring that our clients receive timely support.
Your primary focus will be on the senior population, who often face complex challenges such as isolation, health issues, and transitions in living situations. Understanding their unique needs and the dynamics of aging will be pivotal in your role. You will provide empathetic guidance and support, easing their burdens and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
Optimum Care Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
