In this fully remote setting, you will collaborate with a skilled team of social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health and psychosocial needs, crafting effective treatment plans that follow best practices and solution-oriented approaches.
Provide therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, modifying strategies to fit the needs of clients in a remote environment.
Utilize secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain meticulous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Participate in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary team, enhancing treatment through virtual meetings and continuous peer feedback.
Engage in ongoing professional development by attending virtual workshops and integrating the newest methodologies and research into practice.
Offer educational resources to patients and their families about mental health options, available treatments, and relevant community resources, fostering a supportive environment.
Manage a comprehensive caseload of remote patients, efficiently tracking their progress and striving to meet treatment objectives while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals navigating chronic illnesses and the emotional ramifications of end-of-life care. Understanding the unique challenges these populations face will allow you to provide tailored support that promotes resilience and enhances their quality of life.
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating effective psychotherapy practice.
Proficiency in various psychotherapeutic techniques adaptable to a telehealth format.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for building strong therapeutic alliances virtually.

Experience working specifically with hospice or palliative care populations is a plus.
