Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, forming the foundation for effective treatment planning.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring you provide tailored support to individuals, families, and groups.
• Work hand-in-hand with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated plans of care, facilitating a seamless experience for clients as they pursue their mental health goals.
• Advocate passionately for clients' rights, guiding them to access crucial community resources and support services that enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation in clinical practices.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, certifying your capability to practice independently.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating your practical skills and familiarity with therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience
