Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, promoting a balanced lifestyle while maintaining focus on patient-centered care. The position adheres to a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs and service availability. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing symptoms of severe psychiatric disorders, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in effective collaboration with other health professionals to enhance treatment outcomes and support interdisciplinary efforts.
• Facilitate client access to necessary resources, community services, and support groups to empower them in managing their health.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and codes of conduct, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role is primarily on individuals facing major mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other severe emotional disturbances. Your expertise will assist in addressing the complex needs of these clients, promoting recovery and empowerment strategies that facilitate improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, with a valid LCSW license required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assessment protocols, crisis intervention, and risk assessment frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, essential for managing caseloads and documentation responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or similar setting, with proven success in delivering therapy to diverse populations.
• Experience working in a remote environment, utilizing teletherapy tools and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits
