Delivering individual psychotherapy sessions to clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and developing detailed, personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.
Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health options, treatment pathways, and community support services.
Staying informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health to continually enhance clinical practice.
You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients facing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. By working within the educational environment, you will provide support to students and their families, helping them cope with personal challenges that might affect their academic performance and social interactions. Your work will be instrumental in promoting resilience and recovery among these individuals.
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Hawaii.
A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a strong understanding of solution-focused approaches.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
