This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on a school setting. You will engage with students and families through virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility to support regardless of circumstances. As a key part of our virtual team, you will continually adapt to the evolving educational landscape, collaborating with educators and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students' health and welfare.
In this role, you will primarily work with students in a school setting, ranging from elementary to high school levels. Your focus will be on addressing the unique psychosocial challenges faced by students, including issues related to anxiety, depression, family dynamics, academic stressors, and social integration. By closely collaborating with families and educators, you will help create supportive frameworks that empower students to thrive both academically and personally.
Experience working within school systems or with adolescent populations is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with coordinating services across multiple stakeholders, such as teachers, physicians, and community organizations, is beneficial in ensuring holistic support for students.
