Our committed inpatient rehabilitation team is searching for a motivated and experienced speech-language pathologist to join. Working with patients in a cooperative and supportive setting, your job will aid in their recovery and return to independence.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:

• Competitive salary of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
• Engage with patients empathetically, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages recovery.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with adults and older adults.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help patients.
