Supervising Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Supervising Speech Language Pathologist to join our team! You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the school setting from 5th to 12th grade. You will be focusing on performing assessments, supervising SLPAs and one CF throughout the school year. This position will require 30-40 hours a week depending on the needs of the school at the time! This is a 1099 contract position. $90/ hour for both indirect and direct work.

Responsibilities:

• Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
• Establish treatment goals and work well with SLPAs
• Write assessment reports
• Use the SEIS system
• Supervise SLPAs and one CF

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in speech pathology or other related fields
• A Livescan Background check
• California Speech Language Pathology licensure
• Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
