Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of surgical procedures, primarily focusing on gastrointestinal, endocrine, breast, and hernia surgeries while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by reviewing medical histories and diagnostic imaging to inform surgical planning.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, coordinating with medical teams to ensure seamless integration of care pathways, which includes preoperative preparations and postoperative follow-ups.
• Guide patients and their families through procedural and recovery processes, fostering informed consent and understanding.
• Mentor surgical technologists and nursing staff, enhancing their skills through knowledge transfer and collaborative practice.
