Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of surgical procedures including gastrointestinal, endocrine, breast, and hernia surgeries, tailoring each approach to the specific needs of the patient.
• Conduct preoperative assessments to evaluate patient health and suitability for surgery, making informed decisions based on comprehensive medical histories.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by explaining the surgical process, expected outcomes, and potential risks, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.
• Monitor and manage patient care post-surgery to track recovery progress and address any complications that arise during recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective surgical procedures that enhance patient safety and surgical outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid medical license in the state of Ohio, with the ability to fulfill all regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 353,000 to 446,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
