Work Environment

This position is onsite at our modern hospital facility equipped with the latest medical technologies and equipment. Our conducive work environment promotes collaboration and innovation among our surgical teams. You will be supported by a team of surgical technologists and nursing staff who are dedicated to maintaining a patient-centered culture. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to liposuction, breast augmentation, facelifts, and rhinoplasty.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their conditions and determine the most appropriate surgical options.
• Engage in direct communication with patients, providing detailed information about procedures, potential risks, and expected recovery outcomes.
• Administer anesthesia safely and perform surgical procedures with meticulous precision and care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress during and after surgery, ensuring that optimal post-operative care is provided.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted MD or DO license to practice medicine in the state of New York is required. Please note that DPM, NP, or PA licenses are not accepted.
• Board certification in plastic surgery is preferred.
• A minimum commitment of three weekdays per week is necessary to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess experience in performing a broad range of plastic surgery procedures and familiarity with the latest surgical techniques and technologies. Experience in wound care will be considered an asset, allowing for a more holistic approach to patient management

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 400,000 to 600,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
