Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with vascular conditions through detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Order, perform, and interpret advanced diagnostic tests to assess vascular health and develop detailed case analyses.
• Create and implement tailored treatment strategies encompassing medical, non-invasive, and surgical options, ensuring each patient receives the best possible care.
• Perform complex vascular surgeries, including both endovascular procedures and open surgeries, such as bypass grafting and aneurysm repairs.
• Engage in direct communication with other healthcare professionals, including cardiologists and radiologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on their vascular health, treatment plans, and post-operative care procedures.
• Contribute actively to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives, helping to advance the field of vascular surgery while pursuing personal and professional growth.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and surgical procedures, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population suffering from various vascular conditions, including peripheral artery disease, venous insufficiency, and aneurysmal disease. Qualifications

• Board certification in Vascular Surgery or eligibility for certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 400,000 to 600,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
