Surgical Technologist (Bilingual English/Spanish) – OR & Front Office

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Surgical Technologist who is comfortable working both in the Operating Room and supporting front office operations. Responsibilities
- Assist the surgeon and clinical team before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment.
- Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the surgical experience.
- Educate patients and confidently discuss procedures with professionalism and compassion.
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to help patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment plans.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with front office responsibilities when not in the OR.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Effectively multitask and adapt to the daily needs of the practice.
Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist experience required.
- Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or surgical practice required.
- Cosmetic surgery experience is highly preferred.
- Experience assisting physicians performing liposuction procedures is a strong plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative roles.
- Available to start immediately.
