The Surgical Center of Gotham Enterprises Ltd provides an onsite, state-of-the-art facility designed exclusively for orthopedic procedures. The center is equipped with cutting-edge surgical tools and technology that ensure the highest quality of care and patient safety. Our operational hours stretch from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for early or late appointments to better serve patient needs. Our orthopedic surgery team collectively shares on-call duties to ensure comprehensive, round-the-clock patient care for emergencies.
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions through detailed assessments including physical examinations, review of medical histories, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Perform a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs, utilizing innovative techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists, to design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, with a focus on patient education, pain management strategies, and follow-up evaluations to ensure optimal recovery.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and surgical outcomes while adhering to strict clinical protocols.
Stay current with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery by participating in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in orthopedic surgery.
Board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or an equivalent certifying organization.
Possession of a valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Illinois.
Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and treating a comprehensive spectrum of orthopedic conditions including musculoskeletal injuries and degenerative diseases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
A genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while respecting confidentiality and ethical standards.
A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic surgery.
