Job Description
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $2300-$2400 NET/wk
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapy goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory standards.
- Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure in assigned states).
- Previous clinical experience (preferred but not required for new grads).
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel and adapt to different healthcare settings.
