- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Because of the pandemic, there has been an exponential growth in the number of clients seeking mental help. Telehealth is now a growing platform in the mental health industry as it has created an avenue of flexibility and convenience for its clients
Your professional expertise can make a profound impact in the lives of clients seeking mental help If you also need a change in the kind of demographics of the clients you like to work with (only those with stable mental conditions/low acute) we invite you to apply. We have many Therapists earning a reliable income working Full time or have a supplemental income working Part-time. We offer a sign-on bonus.
Core responsibilities:
- You will be meeting with clients via phone or video teleconferencing. This is a fully remote position
- Each client session is 45 minutes and 15 minutes are for clinical notes and worksheets.
- All clients are low acute and have stable mental conditions. The majority are women with depression, anxiety, corporate burnout, relationship issues, etc. You will never be given SMIs as these clients will be routed to a different platform. You can also choose 3 demographics of the kind of clients you would like to work with.
Requirements:
You must have a valid:- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- You must not have any disciplinary actions on your license.
- You must have at least a Master's Degree.
- You must have a working laptop or desktop with a microphone or camera.

- $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked
- Weekly direct deposit
- Counselors who work 30+ hours consecutively for two months will become eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
- Work from the home-zero commute
- Free counseling is offered to any counselor who joins the platform

- The platform gives you the flexibility of working as few as 10 -20 hrs a week to as many as 40-50 hrs. a week. The platform believes in work-life balance thus you create your schedule depending on your availability, you can also change the schedule every week
