Come join one of the largest mental health-focused companies in the country. Its mission is to make excellent mental health care more accessible. To support this mission we are looking for licensed LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs for our Santa Fe, New Mexico location.
Introduction:
Over the last few years, we have seen many changes in the way that we conduct our day-to-day responsibilities. With the pandemic came a need to make care more accessible to those who need it. The company focuses on solutions-based therapy which ensures that their individual treatment goals are often reached, versus retaining the same patients for an extended time.
Job Overview:
This position allows you the freedom and the flexibility to build your own schedule. A typical caseload involves patients who suffer from conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, and other conditions that would benefit from solutions-based therapy. All of the patients are stable and have low acuity.
Schedule:
Your sessions with our clients are typically 45 minutes long and can be scheduled at your discretion. To remain an active provider, you can work as little as 5 - 10 hours a week and more than 40 hours a week based on your needs. If you prefer, you can even set up a regular schedule instead of individual time slots in our system to ensure that you are receiving the most out of your schedule.
Compensation:
The typical salary for a full-time therapist in this role is $100,000/year.

Requirements:
You must be a Licensed LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
You must not have any disciplinary actions on your license.
By the end of the onboarding process, you must have an NPI#.
