We are hiring an LCPC for our Henderson, Nevada location to provide Behavioral Health services to clients suffering from OCD, Weight Disorders, ADHD, Grief, and other stable low acuity conditions. We are seeking counselors comfortable with a solutions-based therapy approach interested in a flexible opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct treatment of psychological disorders.
  • Create and follows care plan through effective health coaching and risk management, involving training clinic staff in areas related to behavioral health.
  • Must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws/legislations as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies.
  • Work flexible schedule as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Independent Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license. No interns or associates at this time.
  • Ability to support adults for clinical therapy service provision.
  • Master’s Degree
  • Absolutely no disciplinary actions on counseling license.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work with sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service and client services philosophy in all interactions.
  • Excellent computer, analytical, and research skills, including the ability to learn unfamiliar programs quickly.
  • A commitment to the values of the organization while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, patience, and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Earn up to $60,000 a year for part time work
  • Earn up to $100,000 for full time work
  • Benefits stipend for counselors who work more than 30 hours per week
