Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

We are hiring for the leading telehealth provider in the US. Due to the increasingly high demand for mental health therapy, we are looking to hire full-time or part-time independently licensed mental health therapists: LMFTs, LCPCs, and LCSWs in the state of Illinois.

About the job:

- Enjoy working fully remotely from the comfort of your home, or anywhere around the world. You will be treating your clients via video chat or over the phone on your own schedule. You will have the freedom to work as little as 5 hours a week or as many as 40 hours or more.

- Minimal paperwork is required. You never need to worry about acquiring clients: the platform fills your desired schedule while you focus on doing what you do the best - making a difference in your community by helping people who struggle with life’s challenges.

- Sessions are typically 45 minutes and clients are usually on the platform for 6 to 12 weeks. We take a solution-based approach to therapy, which means you and your clients decide how long the therapy should last. There are no severe mental health, addiction, or psychotic clients, and you will be matched with your preferred clients, based on the client demographics you choose.

What We Offer

· Compensation is between $90k - $104k per year depending on hours worked.

· Monthly stipend for medical/dental/vision or personal expenses for therapists who work 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

· Must have an active license in good standing:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

· Must have a master’s degree/Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

· Must have a laptop or a desktop computer in good working condition.

· Must have a reliable WiFi connection.

· Must have a cell phone in good working condition
