We are a leading online mental health company. This pandemic has created a rapid increase in telehealth services for people needing mental health services. We are hiring many Mental Health Therapists Licensed in Florida such as the following, You can work either Full time or Part-time, and this is fully remote.

About the Job:

We offer you the flexibility of choosing your hours (minimum of 10 hrs per week) when you want to work and how many hours.

You will provide telehealth services to clients via video or audio platforms. Provide competent clinical assessment and the needed psychotherapy you see fit for your client based on your professional expertise and knowledge.

You will be helping clients suffering from low mental acuity such as depression, anxiety, stress disorders, relationship issues etc. There will be no SMIs

We will fill your schedule with clients so no need to worry about sourcing clients, billing, or operations as they will be handled by the platform.

You can work in the comforts of your home-zero commute as this is a fully remote position.

A session is 45 minutes per client and usually short-term (12-16 sessions) however clients can stay as many times as they want with their therapists.

Compensation

Compensation is up to $100,000 a year based on 40 hours a week on average(Full time)

There is a monthly health insurance stipend included for full-time work (30+ hours).

Bonus

You will receive a FIrst Client Bonus when you see your First Client within 14 days from the start of the application

There are also bonuses and incentives for high performers.

Schedule

Flexible schedule

You can work as few as 10 hours a week to 40 hours a week or more.

There are additional bonuses and incentives for new Therapists working a minimum of 25 hours per week for their first 3 months on the platform.

Requirements

We only accept Therapists with an active Clinical License such as the following: LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW

For now, we do not accept Interns, Associates, and those requiring supervision

Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection,

Your own malpractice insurance is recommended

Must be authorized to work, and currently resides in the US
