Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • 8 am to 6 pm with flexibility
  • Occasional flexibility required to accommodate operational needs

Job Duties:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the billing and coding process, including insurance claims and patient billing.
  • Implementing and maintaining electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient data management.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for office staff and facilitating professional development opportunities.
  • Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and empathetically.
  • Collaborating with other department managers to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency.


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience with Dentrix is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental administration experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Friendly, professional, and highly organized.
  • Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
  • Previous dental experience is beneficial.


Salary:

$65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits
