Full-Time/Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed at Social Trauma Therapy Center.

Schedule:

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Through staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor, you will have several opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues.
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations in order to obtain a better understanding of clients' mental health issues and develop successful treatment programs.
  • Provide tailored individual treatment to promote personal growth and well-being.
  • Establish therapeutic objectives collaboratively and track client progress.
  • Provide teletherapy options to accommodate virtual sessions or those with mobility issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive paperwork to uphold ethical norms.
  • Participate in continuing professional development to improve clinical abilities and keep current on developing trends in the area.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Current state issued license: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • 2-year of full-time counseling experience
  • Experience with couples, children, teens or families Clinicians with expertise to offer clients of color or the LGBTQIA

Salary:
$80,000-100,000 + Bonus
