Schedule:

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.

Responsibilities:

- You'll have plenty of chances to collaborate with your coworkers through staff meetings, group supervision meetings, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor.

- Perform thorough exams and assessments to acquire a better understanding of clients' mental health issues and build successful treatment plans.

- Provide individual treatment utilizing customized strategies to promote personal growth and well-being.

- Establish therapy objectives with clients together and constantly assess their progress.

- Provide teletherapy options for virtual sessions to clients who may struggle with in-person appointments.

- Maintain precise and accurate paperwork to uphold ethical norms.

- Participate in continuing professional development to improve your clinical talents and keep current on emerging trends in the area.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Current state issued license: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • 2-year of full-time counseling experience
  • Experience with couples, children, teens or families Clinicians with expertise to offer clients of color or the LGBTQIA

Salary:
$90,000-105,000 + Bonus
