Enchanting Women’s Health Center is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN Physician. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

Quick-Glance Summary:
  • 5 Provider Team: 4 OB/GYNs, 1 WHNP.
  • Office Deliveries: Approximately 500/year.
  • 3 Central New Jersey Office Locations: Atlantic Highlands, Holmdel, Shrewsbury.
  • 2 providers are Robotics trained.
  • New Mammography & Maternal Medicine Suite @ Holmdel office!
  • Senior-Physician Partner Track Opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, leveraging advanced medical technology and evidence-based practices.
  • Perform office-based deliveries, offering patients a convenient and tech-savvy approach to maternity care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Utilize robotic surgical techniques to enhance precision and efficiency in surgical procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative medical initiatives to improve patient care experiences.
  • Embrace the tech-forward environment to efficiently manage patient records, utilize telemedicine, and leverage digital tools for seamless communication.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in providing comprehensive OB/GYN care.
  • Familiarity with robotic surgical techniques and advanced medical technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with the healthcare team and patient counseling.
  • Highly educated with a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in women's healthcare.
Mentorship:
