Seeking Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to Join Our Psychiatrist MD Outpatient Office in Schuyler, NE

Work Hours:

Regular business hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Educate and support patients and their families by equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Counselor (LIMHP), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state
  • Utilize your profound understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor your approach to the unique needs of each individual, offering personalized and impactful care.

  • Ability to establish therapeutic relationships of trust and provide empathetic support to clients.
