Mental Health Counselors Wanted: Full-time/Part-time Positions Available in a Well-Established Therapist Network

What You'll Do:

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and provide individualized treatment strategies.

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using secure virtual platforms, adapting them to each client's specific requirements.

- Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the treatment process.

- Use a variety of therapeutic techniques that are in line with the preferences and treatment goals of the clients.

- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of treatment sessions and client progress.

How to Qualify:

- Holding of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

- A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients in distant situations.

- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a deep knowledge of your customers' experiences and issues.

- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently organize remote treatment sessions and paperwork.
