Work Schedule:

Full-time/part-time: Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM

Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health and needs.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals.
  • Deliver individual therapy to adults using evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Stay updated on mental health best practices through continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Active license in LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on board.
