Salary:

Qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD
• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely
• Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process
• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
