Job Description: We are actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The therapist will collaborate with clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to support them in achieving their goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field Active state licensure as a mental health therapist:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment
