Join Our Team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)!

Are you a compassionate mental health professional looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families? We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our team in New York.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
  2. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  3. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
  2. Current licensure in the state as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
  3. Proven two (2) years of experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
