Full-time Nutritionist Needed for Sodexo Health Care Clinic

Sodexo Health Care Clinic is committed to providing exceptional nutrition services and empowering individuals to make informed dietary choices. Due to increasing demand, we are now seeking a talented Nutritionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.

We offer a wide range of medical services and place a strong emphasis on preventive care and lifestyle interventions. As a Nutritionist, you will be an integral part of our outpatient clinic, catering to individuals seeking nutrition support and guidance. You will work closely with patients, providing evidence-based guidance tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Our clinic provides a diverse range of nutrition services, including general nutrition counseling, weight management, chronic disease management, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, and sports nutrition.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs or participate in community outreach programs and educational events.

Salary:

$60,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough nutrition assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans based on patients' specific goals, dietary needs, and medical conditions.
  • Providing evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their diet and lifestyle.
  • Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, dietitians, and psychologists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition, translating scientific knowledge into practical recommendations for patients.
  • Conducting group nutrition classes, workshops, and seminars to promote health education and awareness within the community.
  • Documenting patient interactions and progress notes accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certified Nutritionist or Registered Nutritionist certification from a recognized professional organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively convey nutrition information.
  • Ability to assess patients' dietary needs, develop tailored nutrition plans, and monitor progress.
  • Proficiency in using nutrition assessment tools, electronic health records (EHR), and nutrition software.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care.
