- Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, aiding recovery from injury, disease, or surgery
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods
- Track patient progress, reevaluate goals, and adapt treatment plans accordingly
- Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid DPT license in the state
- Strong communication and computer skills
- High adaptability and flexibility
- Prior work experience not required
