Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 40-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Care, your role involves evaluating and treating patients recuperating from injury, illness, or surgery within a home care setting. This encompasses:
  • Creating treatment plans and employing diverse methods—such as exercise, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment—to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
  • Devising and executing personalized treatment plans to facilitate patients in reaching their therapeutic goals for optimal performance.
  • Documenting treatments, responses, and progress, while adapting and developing new treatment plans as needed.
  • Recommending and fitting patients with assistive devices, and providing training to patients, caregivers, families, and healthcare personnel on their usage.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Valid DPT license in the respective State.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication, computer skills, and state licensure.
  • High adaptability and flexibility.
  • Prior work experience is not mandatory.

Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits.
