Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, aiding recovery from injury, disease, or surgery
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans using diverse therapeutic methods
- Monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate and train patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members
- Stay abreast of industry advancements through continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid DPT license in the state
- Strong communication and computer skills
- High adaptability and flexibility
- Prior work experience not required
