Join Our Team: Full-Time Physical Therapists Needed at Fracture Care Physical Therapy.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact through therapy? Fracture Care Physical Therapy is actively searching for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team at a partner's skilled nursing facility in Northern Virginia.

At Fracture Care Physical Therapy, we prioritize teamwork and cooperation to deliver outstanding care. As a Physical Therapist, you will closely collaborate with our therapy and facility team, creating a synergistic environment to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (7 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 4 pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the therapy and facility team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Educate and support family members and caregivers on the importance of therapy and their role in the rehabilitation process.
  • Conduct facility education and in-services to promote awareness and understanding of therapy services.
  • Attend Care Plan Meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on patients' progress.
  • Complete daily documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to ensure continuity of care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid PT license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required.
  • Creative thinker with a commitment to thought leadership.
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current PT licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Passion and commitment to clinical excellence, quality, and integrity.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate as a team member for patient care.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and patient/family engagement skills.
  • High energy, focus, work ethic, motivation, and commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
  • Proficiency with federal, state, and governing agency regulations.
  • Outstanding presentation, writing, and communication skills.

Salary:

  • $90,000 - $100,000 a year plus full benefits.
