Join our dynamic team! We're on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to be an integral part of our Orthopedic Outpatient practice in at Amarante Orthopedic Clinic. In this role, you'll be a key player in assisting patients on their journey to regain motion and enhance personal functionality. Responsibilities span across promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation, all with the goal of maximizing the quality of life and movement potential for our valued patients.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus full benefits.

• Patient-Centered Goal Fulfillment: Effectively identify and meet the goals and needs of patients, ensuring personalized and patient-centered care.

• Optimized Patient Load: Maintain a focused patient load of one individual per hour, prioritizing individualized attention and quality care.

• Orthopedic Expertise: Leverage extensive experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient care to provide specialized and effective treatments.

• Cost-Efficient Treatment: Deliver cost-effective treatments designed to enhance clients' motion and mobility, with a commitment to minimizing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives.

• Care Plan Diversity: Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a diverse array of treatment techniques, tailoring approaches to individual patient needs.

• Tailored Fitness Programs: Customize fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific requirements of patients, promoting holistic well-being and targeted rehabilitation.

• Evidence-Based, Personalized Care: Provide high-quality, personalized care rooted in evidence and proven interventions, ensuring optimal standards of treatment.

• Patient Motivation and Optimization: Motivate patients consistently throughout their treatment, aiming to optimize their overall functioning and well-being.

• Health Promotion: Actively advocate and promote a healthy lifestyle, incorporating strategies to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination as integral components of patient care.

• Thorough Documentation: Accurately document all provided services, contributing to detailed patient care records for continuity, reference, and informed decision-making.
  

Qualifications:

• Obtained a DPT Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Decatur, IL.
• No board actions or disciplinary actions have been taken against the license.
• Possesses strong manual therapy skills.
• Proficient in developing effective exercise routines.
• Familiar with EMR Software such as WebPT and able to utilize it efficiently.
