Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient practice located in Winchester, VA
We are seeking a dedicated full-time physical therapist that will work with the patient to restore motion and make sure they are functioning at their highest level. Within the domains of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation, you will optimize the quality of life and mobility potential. One PTA and two physical therapists make up the team you will be joining. We firmly believe in providing our patients with excellent care. For our patients, we mostly accept private health insurance providers. Our sports medical facility is a modern 5,000 square foot space.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 a year plus with full benefits
Responsibilities
- Determine and address the needs and goals of patients.
● Will see two to three patients in an hour.
●Physical therapists must possess orthopedic outpatient experience.
Provide affordable therapies that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
Minimize the requirement for drugs and offer substitutes for surgery.
●Construct care plans utilizing an array of therapeutic approaches.
● Develop wellness and fitness regimens based on the individual needs of your patients.
●Offer high-quality, individualized care that is supported by evidence and tested strategies.
Encourage patients to perform at their best throughout their course of treatment.
Encourage customers to lead healthier lives by enhancing their coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance.
●Work and consult with other medical specialists.
● Assess impacts and track and share advancements.
●Keep records of patient care services.
Requirements:
- DPT Degree in Physical Therapy
- Virginia Physical Therapist License
- No board actions or disciplinary actions on license.
- Must have good manual therapy skills.
- Must be good in exercises.
- Must know how to use EMR Software such as WebPT.
