Full Time Physical Therapist Needed in Manassas Park, VA!!

Fore Front Ortho Care Clinic, one of Northern Virginia’s largest providers of expert orthopedic and therapeutic care, is currently seeking full-time outpatient Physical Therapists to join their team! We strive to put our patients first and work in a collaborative environment to help each of our patients reach their goals. We provide our therapists with flexible scheduling options - with patients scheduled from 7am to 6pm, we have schedules that work for morning people, night owls, and everyone in-between!

Our team of PTs and PTAs provide rehabilitative care for patients working to recover from a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. We work as a dynamic team to ensure our patients receive the best care possible in a positive environment.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
  • Maintain a patient load of 1individual per hour.
  • Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.
  • Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.
  • Foster a healthy lifestyle for clients by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
  • Accurately document the services provided to patients.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • License as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
  • No record of board or disciplinary actions on license.
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing exercise programs.
  • Proficient in utilizing EMR Software like WebPT.
