Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday: 8 Hour day
  • Part-time: Monday to Saturday: make hours based on team needs and your personal schedule
  • No Weekends

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year + Bonus

Job Duties:

- Provide clients with suited therapeutic techniques, including extensive exams and evaluations.

- Provide individuals, couples, families, and groups with evidence-based therapy therapies.

- Use a variety of individually tailored therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

- Work in interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.

- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records while complying to legal and ethical guidelines.

- Attend workshops and continue your professional development to keep current on advances in mental health research.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
  • strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
  • ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
  • proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.
