Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Wanted at Nashville Brain Counseling Center.

Responsibilities:

- Conducts regular evaluations to ensure that patients' requirements are met.

- Facilitates communication among supervisors, direct care personnel, family members, guardians, and other relevant persons regarding each individual's development.

- Create an approximate plan for supervisors that includes appointments, home visits, and observations to track the progress of the task.

- Establishes home visits to complete in-home observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis needs.

- Ensures that the program plan is implemented effectively and correctly.

- Attends Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other meetings as required.

- Submits monthly and quarterly progress reports.

- Coordinates training sessions to certify staff and team members' competency in implementing the program plan and utilising documentation sheets.

- Conducts follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations to offer ongoing assistance for people' needs.

- Keeps records to ensure that information is easily available to anybody who is interested.

- Acts as a link between the general population and the mental health community in order to give assistance in accomplishing development goals.

- Assists in the development of methods for training materials in order to improve individual programs.

Qualifications:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related subject is required.

- Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

- Two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is required.

- It is extremely desired to specialize in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma.

- Thorough awareness of essential legal and ethical norms.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to create relationships with a wide range of clients.

- Proven ability to work successfully as part of a healthcare team.

- Knowledge of EMR software and associated technologies.
