Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday: 8 Hours/day
  • Part-time: Monday to Saturday: make hours based on team needs and your personal schedule
  • No Weekends

Job Duties:

- Create tailored therapy programs for clients and perform thorough examinations and evaluations.

- Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments to individuals, groups, families, and couples.

- Utilize a variety of specialized therapeutic strategies such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment.

- Work with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.

- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records while complying to legal and ethical guidelines.

- Attend workshops and continuing professional development to keep up with advances in mental health research.

Job Qualifications:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related subject is required.

- Possess a valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state.

- Have at least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

- It is extremely recommended to specialize in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma.

- Demonstrate a solid awareness of legal and ethical principles.

- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish relationships with a broad clientele.

- Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a healthcare team.

- Working knowledge of EMR software and associated technologies.
