Work Schedule:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
Salary:
$60,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
