Flexible Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed at South Shore Medical Center in Chandler, AZ

We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) for a fully remote, full-time (minimum of 25 clients) counseling position. The candidate will be providing virtual therapy services for our practice as we expand and accept new clients.

We handle the administrative work (new client marketing, verifying insurance, credentialing, billing, support, EHR, audits, and compliance) so that you can focus on delivering great care for clients.

We offer a Sign-on bonus.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Flexible scheduling, so you will be creating your own schedule.
• We are open to filling a full-time role (minimum of 25 clients)
• This is a 100% virtual position.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• 3 years of work experience preferred - post-licensure
• Active LCSW license to practice in the State
• Experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy
• Experience working with LGBTQIA+ community preferred, but not required
• Experience in Men's mental health preferred, but not required
• Possess professional malpractice insurance
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy to those aged 18+
• Previous experience working with minority and diverse populations
• Clinical counseling: 3 years (Required)

Salary:

$85,000-$104,000 per year
