Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Wanted at Sondermind Counseling Center in Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a full-time, independently licensed therapist to join our established private practice.

We are an experienced group of therapists who have full caseloads and great relationships with other providers in the area. We love doing meaningful work and establishing strong therapeutic relationships with our clients.

Our therapists also thrive in collaborating with one another and creating a positive work environment. We are looking to welcome another member to our team who shares our passion and energy.

Schedule:

Full-time 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• We use a billing service that handles claims, client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit and eligibility checks, and payment plans
• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of all age ranges
• Complete all notes and record-keeping activities of all your clients in a timely manner
• Schedule all ongoing appointments with your clients and maintain an updated calendar
• Ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations

Qualifications:

• Professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, self-sufficiency, and good organizational and time-management skills are essential
• Candidate should possess well-developed therapeutic skills and value the importance of furthering their professional repertoire
• Must be available to work Full-time, minimum of 20-25 hrs/week and be available a minimum of 2 evenings per week
• Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work
• Licensed to practice independently as an LCSW
• Significant training and/or experience working with couples will be greatly considered

Salary:

• $70,000 - $ 100,000 + Bonus
