Employment Opportunities for LCSWs - Full-time and Part-time Positions Available.

We have been assisting underprivileged communities in recognizing their own potential. We are committed to maximizing the potential of ALL persons, including those we support, our partners and suppliers, and our employees, who bring our vision to life every day. We are actively trying to create a workplace that values our workers' individual paths. We genuinely think that when we accept diversity, encourage fairness, and allow everyone to express their true self, we will flourish, improve, and have a bigger influence in our undertakings.

Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)! We play an important role in all facets of caring for our community's children, coordinating regional programs, and providing hands-on help through federal and state efforts. Our Children's Services help infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays learn new skills, such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, which normally develop throughout the first three years of life. As LCSWs, we conduct evaluations and assessments, actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), monitor progress as integral team members, and provide Early Intervention (EI) support to families, all to benefit the child's development.

This could be a part-time or full-time position.
