Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed

Schedule:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

    Responsibilities:
    ·Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial
    evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.
    ·Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their
    specific needs, goals, and cultural considerations.
    ·Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy
    (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in
    individual, couple, family, and group settings.
    ·Offer crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
    ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.
    ·Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes,
    treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and
    regulatory guidelines.
    ·Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with
    knowledge and skills to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
    ·Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses,
    and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
    ·Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make
    necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
    ·Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental
    health, incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all
    times.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work required.
  • Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.


Salary and Benefits:

  • The annual base salary range is $70k to $84k
  • Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
