Position: Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, providing empathetic and effective counseling services using secure telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required paperwork, in compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in the field of clinical social work through ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Licensed as an LICSW in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy, with experience in remote counseling preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients virtually
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care
