Full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon need Yuag Cardio Clinic
Yuag Cardio Clinic seeks to hire a Cardiothoracic Surgeon. The ideal candidate will provide the full scope of cardiothoracic services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care. In addition, the Physician is a member of the team. In that capacity they are expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them
As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon you will have:
Hours are Monday through Friday, day shift with on-call hours as required.
Salary:
$500,000 to $700,000 per year + bonus

As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent skills in maintaining highly confidential information
- Skilled in compiling clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Experience working with an electronic medical record preferred
- Strong clinical background and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels.
- A successful record of leading quality initiatives in a group practice setting.
- Working knowledge and experience in practice leadership in a population health/medical home environment
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine
- American Board of certification in Thoracic Surgery
